نيويورك: قال الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش إن الحرب في أوكرانيا هي هجوم على أضعف الأشخاص والدول في العالم.
وأضاف غوتيريش عبر حسابه الشخصي على تويتر “ارتفعت أسعار المواد الغذائية والوقود والأسمدة بشكل كبير تضرر منه أشد الناس فقرا، وزرع ذلك بذور عدم الاستقرار السياسي والاضطرابات في جميع أنحاء العالم”.
