إسطنبول: وصفت أغنيس كالامار، مقررة الأمم المتحدة الخاصة المعنية بحالات الإعدام خارج القضاء أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفا، محاكمة السعودية لقتلة الصحافي المعارض جمال خاشقجي بـ”الهزلية”.
وكتبت، على موقع “تويتر”: “تمت إدانة القتلة المأجورين وحُكم عليهم بالإعدام. أما العقول المدبرة فلم يتم فقط تبرئتهم، وإنما أيضا لم تكد التحقيقات أو المحاكمة تقترب منهم. هذا هو النقيض للعدل. إنها المهزلة”.
وقالت كالامار، التي سبق أن حققت في مقتل خاشقجي، إن “الحصانة التي شهدتها محاكمة الصحافي تكشف بوجه عام القمع السياسي، والفساد، والتعسف في استخدام السلطة، والدعاية وحتى التواطؤ الدولي. كلها موجودة في المملكة العربية السعودية”.
ولفتت إلى أنه كان من المفترض أن تجرى تحقيقات لكشف العقول المدبرة “وكذلك من حرضوا وسمحوا وغضوا الطرف عن الجريمة، مثل ولي العهد”، في إشارة إلى الأمير محمد بن سلمان.
